Anybody looking for an upgrade that can fit the larger garmins, they are on fire sale right now at several sources including theGPSstore.com. Be aware these require a sounder module AND GPS antenna comes with them but is external, so some extra intall cost or effort. (I have no affiliation with garmin or gpsstore, just upgrading a new-to-me grady 325 that I am getting soon) Frank

Yes, I friends with a guy who is outfitting a cat, he went with mostly 9xxx models. That have yet another, faster, incompatible network, blue sky or something like that. So now you need NMEA, ethernet, and whatever new shiny thing Garmin came up with. Why you need faster than gig ether is a mystery to me, gig is 120Mbyte/second.
