Has anyone tried the T-Topextender, www.t-topextender.com.???? :?: It provides extra shade without the braces of a bimini, which is a good idea. The elastic type fabric is just held on by the tension of the fabric and a bend in the end of the horizontal pipes. They also have it for hard tops. I am concerned that the fabric may come off if you are running fast?

From your LINK provided in the FAQ section here's your answer:

Q: Can we leave the T-Top Extender up while under way?
A: The T-top Extender is intended to be used while at anchor, drifting or slow trolling.

There is another style you might want to look into. It fits into the rod holders at the t-top or hard top. I don't remember the name, but it looked very durable.

I don't think any of these shades should be installed while running, maybe at a slow trolling speed.
