Thru-hull in 205

Has anyone successfully put a thru-hull transducer in a Tournament 205? Looking for specific working location for a B60.

Grady site simply says "don't use a thru-hull, use a transom mount."

I put one in my 1990 Gulfstream last summer. Although I had good access once I cut out the old platform for the oil tanks..can you get to the hull from inside of the boat?

My 2009 has one on the port side off the centerline of keel.
