I like to do things myself once an engine is out of warranty. I have the shop manual and the belt replacement doesn't look too hard. But it does require a couple of careful alignment and tensioning steps. So I'd let a tech who has done the job before do the timing belt. The F250 is an interference engine. If a belt was to break as the result of a poor installation, a valve could hit the top of a piston and the powerhead would be toast.
Labor isn't too bad for the job. I believe it is no more than 2 hr. The most expensive part of the job is cost of the belt tensioner, which is recommended by Yamaha as part of the service. Since this is an interference engine, I would replace the tensioner at 1000 hr just in case.
