tournament 190 fuel tank replacement

New Member here, glad to find this site. I am replacing the fuel tank on my 1989 190. Already cut old tank out, have new tank to grady spec's. find pvc pipe under tank busted up . interesred in from any body who has done this job. :?: thanks

Replaced my tank last year, 1991 19' tournament. I attacked a hose to each end of the PVC pipe as mine was cracked also. I hope that your new tank is a couple of inches shorter than the old tank. It sure will make it easier to install.

Hose is good idea. thanks. & no I ordered the exact duplicate. Already trimmed bak the lip as much as possible looks like I'll just make it. Deffinatly not a fun job, but worth it for the boats they are. Thanks again
