I did the same turned back around 7 30 when the wind was pickiing up. Did the same 2 weeks ago in 30 mile an hour NW winds. Got pounded and shut out. Not a fun place to be when the weather is nasty.

We left around 3:30 hoping to get over, hook up and get back before the "bad" weather set in. Wrong. We saw 1 boat hook-up, a Sea Swirl w/ an E-TEC on the back. We cut our losses and bailed.
BTW, where are you out of?

I remember seeing a couple Gradys out there. Got nasty fast, huh?
BTW, love the dog bowl in the pic w/ the flip-flops! Just chillin' with my buddy! Is that on Brown's bank?

Ya, an awesome day! Actually this is at one of the best beaches on the

Cape, the channel side of Sandy Neck beach at Barstable Harbor, only

acessable via boat! Get there at high tide, park and let the tide go out,

and you have some of the best fine white sand around as far as you can

see! Great for kids and pets and beach fires! The water drops right off

behind the boat which makes from easy landing and launching.
