My wife and I were going to be in Vienna Austria today but Mother Nature is having an Icelandic volcanic eruption. We drove to Washington D.C. yesterday only to find our connecting flight to Heathrow U.K. cancelled due to all of the ash that is covering most of Europe. Thousands of flights have been cancelled and we are lucky that we were able to drive back home and not be stranded somewhere.
So since it was a beautiful day, my wife and I decided to take the Grady White out and try for some flounder off of Factory Point in Hampton Virginia. It was breezy but we were close to shore and the temp was about 80 degrees, very comfortable. Departed our house in Poquoson around 0900 and fished till 1400. We managed to catch 4 throw backs and two keepers that we are going to have for dinner shortly.
We are going to re-book our flight to Europe for this fall and hope for the best. Here are some pictures from today.

Welcome aboard Brian, I love the F-22 picture. Several TFer's on here. Myself (JLavender) and Brian Hodson (OCNSLR) to name a couple. You should come out to our next Tidewater Grady White Club meeting on May 5th and see if you and your wife might be interested in joining. Shoot me a PM if you would like more info.
