Located a Grady and survey showed a Wet Transom. Had the Transom cored by local fiberglass company and he said that there was wetness but there was not rot. Transom has no flex or rot and insurance companies are not asking for a marine survey at this point. Should I be overly concerned at this point.

A wet transom will never, EVER, dry out ... :sorry
True but the seriousness depends on how wet and to what extent it is wet. It is not uncommon for some moisture seep in near the upper trim, bolt holes, garboard drain etc. The conditions at the time of the test and just before will also shed some light on the issue. Was the vessel recently hauled or was it on land for some time? How did the transom readings compare to overall hull readings? You will also often find extra moisture on locker covers, anchor hatch lid, window frames (bad but not usually terminal) etc.
Your surveyor should be able to tell you how extensive the moisture problem is.

Where is it wet? What year? At the very least the source of the leak should be fixed, they never get better. The drain isn't sealed at the factory and eventually it's going to allow water to seep up up. Eventually you're going to have to address the transom but depending where and how bad it can be years away.
