Overnighter
In search of an aluminum 65 gallon gas tank for my 1988 Grady White 20" Overnighter that has the same dimensions and specs as original 1987 tank that's in there. The original specs are 11 inches high not including the fittings height, with tapered/angled bottom sides. 23 in width. And 65 in Length. I would love to find a 22 wide tank so that in the future putting in or taking out would not be a problem. I also have (2) 18 gallon tanks one on each side that i don't have the dimensions for that I need replaced too. Not sure if those were original or put in afterwards. Can anybody recommend a company that can help me even with after market plastic ones if i need to go that route. Having a really hard time track one down online with needed dimensions. I hope I don't have to get one made knowing that would be really expensive. The original tank was made by Aluminum Fabricated Products Inc. But has been out of business from what I understand and I think I have read that RDS Tanks might be the company that took them over if they even did. Please help...

Had a local fabricator make me one here on LI for about $800.

Where are you located?

I had Patriot Marine Fabricators of Forked River NJ make one for my 1989 Seafarer. Paul knew the exact dimensions. Matter of fact I am going down tomorrow to pick it up.
