I noticed some water/dampness on the cushions inside the cuddy after a rain storm and when I run my hand along the port hinge up window and front hatch window I can feel some water drops. Any hints for rehabbing these window seals?

Search on this site for Cabin Window Leaking on 232 Gulfstream. It's not a bad job. I think you will see that it was the factory install.

Found it. Thanks Jim.

I have to check again to see how the water is getting in. Both of my leaking windows (front hinge up hatch and port hinge up window) are hinge ups and I think the water is getting in between the glass and the rubber weather seal that the glass rests against. I will have to sit there during a good rain and make sure it isn't the frame seal.

I think you will find the problem if you unscrew the interior screws (easy) take out the two halves and see the hole is bigger then the window. Clean with a razor blade, acetone and then apply clear sealent to outer window frame and screw back together. All four windows (232) one and half hours.
It's not really a big deal to fix, as you see in my post, this is one area GW sucked at (cutting window holes). It's a problem in all models!!!

agree that this is a common GW problem

I've posted my fix on this similar situation for my port side window.
I removed the panelling, trim cover, and 18 or so window clips that hold window and pulled out window.

Once you take the install trim ring/cover off, with the help of a buddy holding a bright light on the outside and you on the inside, look for light penetrating thru the edges where the seal is not 100%, this is where the water is getting in.

you will need to either reposition the window in the cut out to properly or better eliminate the small gaps, or may have to get a dremel and slightly enlarge certain areas to make the window fit better in the hole.

I used window installer's butyl tape as a sealer and "sticking agent" for the window. the stuff works great and easier than silicone and doesn't ever dry out, or crack.

good luck.
