windshield wiper does not sweep clear 282 Sailfish

Greetings-
cannot get the passenger side windshield wiper to make a clean sweep on my 282 Sailfish. Have replaced both blade and arm. blade assembly does not press firmly into glass. stronger spring? appreciate any ideas/suggestions.

Try carefully bending the arm slightly to give it a little more pressure against the glass
