Hey Guys:
I am working on my winter/spring maintenance stuff. In a couple of weeks I am having the motor scoped for exhaust corrision issues for my peace of mind when the water pump and so forth is being replaced. While the deeler I go to is inland, they are a 5 Star Center and are factory trained. It was the service manager's opinion all the corrosion issues have been with boats left in the saltwater and she has heard of a couple F250 issues but in the 03-05 model years. My motor is an 08.
I am looking at replacing the main seat cushions on the boat ( both helm and companion seats, the fish box seats and the aft seats). My boat is now 6 years old and the vinyl is getting harder and I just want to keep the boat looking and feeling good. I made the mistake on leaving the helm and companion seats on even in the winter. They really need to be replaced. My boat is covered year round too in my boat shed.
I live in Western NC and I was wondering if anybody in South Carolina could suggest a good after market vinyl guy then again, maybe there is a good after market vinyl biz that would ship too. So any tips here would be welcome. For kicks and giggles I am getting a price on OEM Grady cushions too. Thanks.
