wiper blades/arms revisited 300 Marlin

Hi all,

Have a 2007 Marlin and need to replace wiper blades. Starboard appears to measure 22" while the port is 20".... AFI Stainless arms. Although visibly there is no corrosion I just can't seem to get them off. Also the tension spring and hook came off the starboard wiper arm, so I went to remove the arm and the allen set screw is frozen. It also looks corrosion free and is in all appearances in great shape. Does anyone sell the spring parts and blades only ?

On my old ones the pivot point (blade assembly/wiper arm) was a screw you removed to change the blade assembly.
