Hi, I'm reaching out with a couple qustions if you don't mind. I have the same boat with a 250 Yamaha that I'm looking to repower this year to a 300 Suzuki. How do you like th e performance with the 300 and what do you have on it for a prop? Appreciate any info you can give. Thanks!
I saw you post re: freshwater faucet on your Voyager. I recently came into a project Voyager myself. The boat did not come with the freshwater system but I will be adding one shortly. I would be interested in any advice you can offer and certainly photos of how the 3D printed inserts turned out.

Thanks!

Walt
Hey Iceman. I have a 2006 282 I am considering repowering. Seriously considering Suzuki 300. I was wondering if I could get some feedback from you about your experience with this set-up. I think we're in the same neighborhood relatively speaking, I'm in Waretown.
Not sure if you've found a boat yet. My husband just passed and I need to sell his 2008 305 Express with twin 350's. Have you found a boat yet? If interested, let me know.
PNW. I saw your post about painting bracket. Mine is a 1994 228. I’m going to have it sand blasted this week. Then I might paint it myself if I can figure out a way to keep it warm. Any chance you would be willing to chat on phone about experience and how it’s held up?

Sure, I didn't know what I was doing but did my research and prepped, was cold also. Had to tent it with heaters. It's held up 6 years later. post you phone and I'll call you.
Hi Tish
From your posts it looks like you may live in the Seattle area? I just bought a Grady 228 that I am restoring and putting a motor on. What model Grady do you own? I have recently mostly fished Shilshoe and Jeff head, and south of the oil docks in my 18 foot Hewes. Because it’s a sportsman its hull beats me up, so I rarely venture north and west like I used to.
cheers
Matt
Hi, I just read a post you made where you talked about your 228 and it sounds like you know your boat innards well. I just bought a project 228 and would love to be able to ask someone like yourself a few questions. Please let me know if you have time. Thanks!

Hello Lee, I just bought a 97 GW 228 and read your tank replacement post with interest. I hope you can answer a few questions. 1) is there a check valve on the tank breather tube so that it doesn’t vent out to atmosphere but does let air in? 2) is the anti siphon valve to prevent fuel theft or a fuel flow requirement? Thanks much

BigD808, I'd like to purchase the rod holders. I'm not sure how best to contact, but I can be reached by my cell at 864.932.5270. Thanks!

Hello Sir, my name is Paul, I own a 2014 33 express, while searching threads I found you had same problem with your passenger seat back rest as I have , the bolts sheared off the post from people leaning/grabbing it. I can not figure out how to lift back rest enough to replace the bolts , I do not want to call you being a stranger, thank you for any tips.
