I am looking at a 2008 -306 bimini with 3.3 F250 . I am looking for some real word performance numbers , not so much fuel but I am looking for speed numbers . I know these are not speedster but I am concerned it's not enough power .... There are some out there with F350 and there are to many concerns about the long term health of these motors . Some folks say just maintain them you will be ok . Can't maintaine flywheel harmonics !!! 80 hours at 3400 to 4200 RPM AND CHANGE AGAIN that's about dead in the sweet zone .... I commend YAMAHA for standing behind them but .... I can't afford a new boat with F300 s . Please provide as much information positive and negative as you can Thanks TOYBOX

Mine tops out about 46-47 mph. Cruise at 30-31 at 4100 rpm. These set of engines have 2000 hours and last set 2500 hours. Boat is 2006. Logged over 60,000 miles so far. Great boat.

On my old 306, I had ox66, f225, hpdi 250 and back to f225. The f225 are very economical and I liked them best. 44 mph. The 3.3 f250s are a great match for the boat.
