I'm looking for opinions....drystack vs. jetdock storage for my 228. Actual pros and cons would be appreciated. Could save a substanial amount per year on boat storage if I switched. I would like some actual "real-world" comparisons. Thanks so much.

The boat I just bought was drystacked, here are two things I notice about it. The starboard grady emblem needs to be replaced, it got scuffed from the forks. I also have a few cracks in the cowling, so be sure to put a bumper on you motors.

Personal preference,,,,,Drystack,,,simple fact, when boat not in use, it is stored indoors out of the blazing sun of SC. Next option would be on a trailer under a canopy/carport, still being protected from the elements somewhat. Would not want my boat sitting outside exposed, if at all possible. Unless you have your Jet Dock under a boat shed, that would be my last resort.

Not "real world" experience, just opinion,,,,,,but I did sleep at Holiday Inn Express last night!!! 8)
