Hey Everyone,

Recently purchased a 2007 Seafarer 226 and was trying to determine how much fuel is in both tanks. The boat is equipped with an electronic Tachometer gauge and next to it is a Speed and Fuel meter gauge. I have the quick reference guide but for the most part that seems worthless. I see how to reset it and also see where it shows "TTL" which I assume is total. It appears that TTL is total used and not total left. Does that sound right? Is there a way to determine what's left in both tanks without starting on full, re-setting and then doing the math?

Thanks

Jim

Do you have the Yamaha fuel management system? If so, it will only show gallons used, not remaining. You'll have to top off your tanks and do the math.

Eric,

It does have the fuel management system. Thanks for the reply.

I guess after filling and resetting a few times I will start to build up faith in the accuracy when comparing the pump to the gauge.

Thanks again
