    Thanks Richie. I should have mentioned that both tanks use the same guage, with a toggle switch to go from one to the other. The switch seems to be OK too. I believe my problem to be somewhere in the wiring harness, or maybe the new sender isn't working (probably unlikely).

    The gauge for the aux tank on my 248 Voyager always shows a full tank, regardless of the actual level in the tank. I've changed the obvious, the sender, without success. Main tank gauge is performing fine. Any suggestions about what to look for?

    I've been trying to get my plastic fittings changed to bronze (1997 248Voyager) , but have been told that it would be necessary to cut a hole in the cockpit on each side, port & starboard, to access the hardware. Did anyone who changed their fittings experience this?
