The gauge for the aux tank on my 248 Voyager always shows a full tank, regardless of the actual level in the tank. I've changed the obvious, the sender, without success. Main tank gauge is performing fine. Any suggestions about what to look for?

sounds like a possible stuck gauge....one way to check is to swap leads at the tank. unhook the wire from the aux tank, temporarily add a jumper or extension wire to it and attach it to the main tank which you say works....and do the same using the main tank wire and put it on the aux tank to see if its working properly......if the aux meter doesn't register the same as the main....it could be the meter.....also, be sure to check your ground wires at the tank and in your cluster.

Thanks Richie. I should have mentioned that both tanks use the same guage, with a toggle switch to go from one to the other. The switch seems to be OK too. I believe my problem to be somewhere in the wiring harness, or maybe the new sender isn't working (probably unlikely).

Well, if you swtich wires, and you get a reading, its the wire.....if you switch wires and still don't get a reading, its the sending unit.
