Missing parts for Adventure 20 (208)

we always use our small cabin for naps during long trolling sessions. Another great find was a marine bean bag - they are soooo comfy! Probably why I don't catch fish....

Adventure 208 with Yamaha F150 data

I thought I would start a new post on this, hopefully we can all share our experiences. I have been considering adding a radar arch or hard top to my 208 with Yamaha F150 on it. I called GW service and they said they still sell the GW adventure with hardtop today with a 150 4 stroke. My...

Adventure 208 - Adding fishing rod grommets in cabin

Thanks GB! A picture would be great. Glacier - I'm not sure, but cabin in the 228 must be bigger? I can only store 6 foot trolling rods on the racks. I need to take a look behind the wall and check for clearance. Just need a few inches to get those 7 foot rods inside!

Adventure 208 - Adding fishing rod grommets in cabin

Has anyone added fishing rod grommets for longer rods in the 208 cabin? I would like to store 7 foot rods in there and clear up some space above deck. Not near my boat now, so dont know if I will have access or enough space to add them.

    Gel Coat issue

Hi guys - I've had these gel coat cracks or lines in my boat since I purchased it used a few years ago. Is this just cosmetic? I'm thinking it was a trailer hit. I can dremel out and fix the cosmetic stuff, just want thoughts on if this is more than that. Thanks!

1995 Adventure install forward bilge pump

I have also thought about this, my boat is on a trailer so I just back down the ramp after washing and let the water flow out. I wonder if it is really an issue to have water sitting there (other than being a nuisance) , with the number of 208s in slips, if there was an issue - I think we...

Adding Radar Arch / Hard Top on Adventure 208 with F150 Yamaha

Guys - I am considering adding a radar arch or hard top to my 208. It has a F150 on and works great for my needs today. I know folks love the HP, but what do you think the impact would be if I added 150 lb to 200 lb hard top on this boat with a 150 on it. I typically fish 3 guys with no...

    208 trim tabs

Similar to Mike, I've had my 208 for 4 years with no tabs. I have considered them, but had not seen the need yet. That said, I have not been on a 208 with tabs, so nothing to compare it to. One thing my dad taught me, if it ain't broke, dont fix it...
