You have brakes on the trailer, it should stop fine if they are working. I would put a tranny cooler on and you should be fine.

I replaced it on mine last year, it's best done standing outside on a ladder it was a reach but got it done. Next time I will probably put an electronic. I did install a high water alarm and pump, I mounted it on the generator tray right next to the a/c pump.

we use the genny in our 33 abut 70 hrs a year, it's a very nice option. my boat is an 01 and I replaced the generator jan of 08 due to rust issues, I replaced it with the exact same one except it has a sound shield and so far no signs of rust.

I have a 330 and I have a buddy with a Cabo 31 and I can run away from him in any sea, and that Cabo is one wet boat, be patient these are tuff times I,m sure at least I hope I am that GW will survive.

Thats strange my e-mails have always been answered within 24 to 48 hrs. Molding probably just needs to be replaced probably someone streched it when it was installed, anyway rubber does some funny things sometimes. I'm sure GW will take care of it let us know

Grady White picked my 01 330 up in florida several years ago and trucked it to NC made repairs and returned the boat. They did a great job added a lot of fiberglass to the bow area. I didn't like the twin lids on the fishbox so they replaced the lids with a single lid. they pretty much went over...

thanks for the replys guys, my problem is not making the bend or holding shape it's the fact that the whole piece is warping after being unclamped so my main concern was maybe using to much heat I'm not familiar with this product and not much info on it on the internet.

I just got through pullin the power head on my 01 ox66 250 yamaha because the balancer fell off :( my brother is a certified yamaha tech and said he had never seen this before, put on a new balancer and nut and hopefuly no long term problems.
