Yep, I'm with seasick on this one. It takes 2 people and the bleeding procedure in the installation manual for the cylinder. Unless you have one of the Seastar power purge at your disposal, you didn't get all the air out.

Taco Striker gunnel mounts. When I bought the boat, these were already on the boat. PO kept his outriggers so I had to purchase the poles. Mine are 1 1/8" ones, you can get the bases for 1 1/2" also.

Those side panels turned out nice. My gauge panel is plastic on my '04. If yours is, might try some Krylon paint for plastic. Lowe's or Home Depot handles it.

Those are Taco adjustable ones. They work well and aren't in the way going forward.
