So the DVD in my 2007 Marlin went bad .. I figured no big deal ! I picked up a replacement on e-bay for $25.00.... figured i would remove the 6 screws for the face plate and I would be done in 20 min .... I would love to know what GW was thinking on this design ... So I take out the 6 screws...

So I found my leak. the pressed in hose connection at the "cooling water block" was no longer pressed in ... kind of a stupid design or so it seams.. i wonder why they did not use a threaded hose barb. I gave it a repair shot with JB Weld .. we will see what happens.

I think after further inspection that the leak is somehow related to 2 hoses that go into the back left side of the unit. There are 2 hoses that seam to come off a "vent valve" "u" shaped pipe. they go thru the case. when i move them around it seams i can cause more leakage. But if i am reading...
