Thanks. Even though they have the templates, they asked me to send the old ones in just to be certain, which I'm going to do. Too expensive to risk mistakes on either end. They're busy and told me to expect about two weeks to get the work done.

I need to replace the front and side eisen glass and was told that there are vendors who can provide replacements to match the originals, without sending the originals in as templates. Any suggestions for how best to get replacements? Didn't see anything straight forward based on a google...
