Anybody have a tube for a 2000 Gulfstream, or know where to find? Probably a standard size but I didn’t get the old one with the new-to-me boat, so can’t check size. Thanks in advance.

The guy I bought mine from swore he always slept in the upper so his boys could share the lower. He probably weighed around 180. I haven’t been up there, but I am going to replace the webbing straps this spring, and maybe add one more.
The boat pack is a lifesaver, just don’t let it get too big. It also goes with me anytime we get off the boat, for anything- restaurant, gas dock, exploring an island. Easy habit to develop and you’ll always have your important stuff at hand.
Thank you sir! I was worried if it was for lightning, I’d find it was tied into some surprise grounding network through the hardtop. This makes it easy. Great help in here once again.
Hey all, just joined and figuring out my new 2000 Gulfstream. Previous owner “guesses” this is a lightning rod. 6” long, pointy, snugged with a wing nut and bolted through the hardtop just forward of the rocket launcher. Not convinced that’s what it is - and even less convinced it would succeed...
