    Thank you for the response. I think I have this figured out. There is a 12" livewell standpipe drain that screws in and allows the water to drain when it nears the top of the livewell. That is missing on the boat I purchased. There is just a small plug for the bottom drain so the water overflows...

    1999 model year. Has the livewell under the seat in the front of the console. My question is this - there appears to be no overboard drain in place? I used it for the first time yesterday, and once the well filled up it pushed the water right out of the top and back down the deck on both sides...
