1999 model year. Has the livewell under the seat in the front of the console. My question is this - there appears to be no overboard drain in place? I used it for the first time yesterday, and once the well filled up it pushed the water right out of the top and back down the deck on both sides. The only way to get it to stop was to turn the pump off which defeats the whole purpose. Hoping I am missing something? Thanks

Mine drains out of a thru hull on the port side. 1999 222 fisherman as well.

Thank you for the response. I think I have this figured out. There is a 12" livewell standpipe drain that screws in and allows the water to drain when it nears the top of the livewell. That is missing on the boat I purchased. There is just a small plug for the bottom drain so the water overflows and comes out of the top of the livewell and washes down the deck. I just ordered the correct part from T-H Marine.
