192 tournament walk thru windshield hinge broken

Hello, is there a dealer and/or shop on the west coast that can repair/replace the windshield problem noted in the subject line? I'm in the Seattle area - thanks

Do the clips that hold the windshield to the hinge look like this? If so, they are part number 09910 from Taylor Made Systems. I just ordered 2 replacements for my walk through windshield today. Their customer service / order email is tms@taylormadesystems.com

NO; there’s no plastic clips, only the hinge pin and foam strip - see attached pic. Thanks for the info RE Taylor made systems!

Did you call Jacobsen’s Marine? They’re not too far away and they’re a Grady dealership.

i know this is an older thread, but I had the same problem. The aluminum pin broke on my windshield. After I removed the old pin, I bought a really long thin drill bit to clean out the hole. Then I bought a length of aluminum round stock and replaced the prior pins. It was a bit of work, but fixed the problem.

How did you remove hinge pin

we bought a super long skinny drill bit at home depot and carefully drilled the old one out. Since it is aluminum, it was not that hard to drill out
