Looking for helm seat bracket i was wondering if anyone had any info on where i could locate a replacement

What do you mean by seat bracket? Are you referring to the slider piece that attaches to the seat and slides onto the pedestal?

No I’m talking about the base the post sliders into it’s an under mount

That's going to be a tough one.

You could cut a new plate out of 1/4" Al to slip over the existing one... then put a spacer plate underneath the new plate where the broken/missing plate is. Sandwich it all together.
