How do I access and replace the fuel hose running from the fuel tank to the filter (s) and engine?

Accesss to the fuel tank is in the center console floor. You’d have to fish the hose through while pulling the old hose out….lube the hose up, will slide easily. Let me know how it worked out or what the solution is if you’ve already fixed it
