1998 Marlin 300 Windshield Washer Manifold

Help? Our windshield washer manifold is leaking heavily when water pressure is applied. I contacted Grady White and they referred me to Atwood Corp (Part: 911422). Unfortunately, they have the part number given as something completely different.

Any ideas where we might be able to find this part? See image.
