I have a 1999 Gulfstream with a main tank sending unit that is sticking. Can anyone tell me the sending unit length? I need to replace it and was hoping to buy a replacement and have it in hand before pulling up the tank hatch. Tank details in pic. Thanks in advance.20220202_122524.jpg

You don't usually have to pull the hatch to replace the sending unit. But while its up check to see if there is any water/fuel in the bottom of the fuel compartment. Make sure tank is not leaking. Use a little Permatex fuel-safe sealant on the sending unit.

GW Customer Service should be able to help. They sent me engineering drawings of my tanks.

Or call Florida Marine Tanks, They will know the length based on the part number of the tank.
