10" JL sub is flushmounted in the bulkhead facing the "passenger" seat opposite of helm. I have 2 JL 8.8s installed under the helm and passenger seats and 2 JL 8.8s in the stern seats.

edit: re-reading I see Georgia coast. Georgia seems to fly under the radar, when it comes to boating and fishing forums. Small coastline, I guess. I remember when Soundings magazine used to come in hard copy, in the mail, it was 3 sections: news, coastal real estate, and boats for sale. Georgia was always omitted from the real estate and boats for sale sections, for some reason I never understood.

How is this possible to mount speakers under the front seat driver seat. Didn't you have to cut into the fishbox that goes under the driver seat? I've measured mine and it seems like there is no depth to mount the speaker. How much depth is there in there?
