Currently my fish finder/GPS and vhf radio are located in the glove box. Am interested in knowing other locations being used by Grady owners.

I originally had my Lowrance chart plotter in the glove box of my 228 and then I moved it flush a year ago. My vhf and marine Alpine stereo is about in the overhead compartment.

I did a similar thing last year, see below. You’ll find a lot of Seafarer owners who have done this - I know from having researched it a lot. I didn’t come across as many 208 modifications but I think dash layout is pretty similar so no reason you couldn’t. Best of luck!

I have a 2001 and the VHF radio is mounted at the bottom of the helm. I have a remote speaker plugged into it and the speaker stores in the electronics box. In the electronics I have 2 5 inch displays but I suspect 7 inchers would fit.
