Since it looks like you are in Connecticut have you tried Randy King Marine in Verplanck? The number there is (914) 739-3413. He has a great selection of used boat parts, a call would be worth your time. I hope to pick up a 2000 Voyager late March/April so I will be watching to see how you made out.

Might want to check with Fin-Addict Marine too, they were making doors at one time for Grady. I replaced mine on my 228 and it was made by them. My original was sun crazed from living in Florida before I bought it.
