I think 2004 is referring to the engine year because that hull is 1997 or older.

Agreed,,, that's not a 2004 boat. Late '04, early '05 motor, as the hood changed between the years I think.

My bad, I knew the side glass was not like my 2000. Texted the owner, he says '91 hull. I feel better about not over paying too much for my boat.

Dang... I didn't even know Johnson was still making outboards in the almost mid 2000's. I thought they'd been bought out by Evinrude already. And yes, I'm definitely not a fan of the guys that post the year of the motor in the title or post it first and make people think they're getting a mid 2000's boat for less than $22k.

He did add 1991, but in the description it's still saying 2004. Guess he thinks he's describing the motor. The way I read it,,, says boat is 2004.
