The time has come, unfortunately I am listing my Marlin for sale. I just haven't had the time to use her enough to justify having her so here we are.
2005 300 Marlin with twin 250 4 stroke Yamahas. Port motor has 1085hrs starboard has 1093. Boat runs flawless and has been maintained by a Yamaha master tech since I've owned it. All the options are on this vessel. 4.2 Kw fischer panda generator, AC, water heater, fridge, microwave and cooktop. Asking price is 87,500 and based on my online research I feel I have priced her fairly so please no lowball offers.

I'm in Florida, Garmin 4212, transducer is a transom mount. I can get on later today and list transducer manufacturer and trailer manufacturer. It does not have freezer plates.

Price reduction, $82,500. I will probably list with a broker in the next few weeks. I was wanting to avoid a broker for a better deal for myself and buyer.

Good luck with sale. You've had her for a while. I'd get a broker out to give you a price target. You might want to reserve the right to sell in parallel to the broker (if possible) for a bit of the commission.

Thanks Fishtales, I've had her for 6 years and hate to sell but I just haven't been able to make the time to use her enough. I did speak with a broker and they stated I was priced right. Their local guy here in FL is supposed to reach out to me. I'm not a salesman at any level so I may end up listing with a broker. I had a broker help me with the purchase from another broker and the whole experience left a bad taste. I was really hoping to get some interest here or CL without having to pay to list on THT or boattrader.

Sounds good. Don't panic and do a bunch of price drops. It's like fishing. The buyers will come to you. May take a bit, but they will.

Legend, the broker I spoke with was based up north. I think he was in Maryland? He stated if the boat was up there he'd have it sold without listing in weeks for above asking. I don't know that market or if what he said was accurate but it seems the market for Gradys is particularly strong in the NE and Pacific NW.

They go pretty quick in NE if priced right. There are 3 or 4 major dealers in the region and most of them have little or no inventory of used GWs

Nice clean looking boat, your pricing is reasonable. No need to go to low. Good luck with the sale. Too far for me!
