Looking for some advice to determining of my Grady has a wet hull / transom. The boat seems to sit low in the water. The scuppers drains sit 1.5 inches below the water line from the top of the drain housing with a full fuel load, one person on board and a light load of gear. The water line is also 2-3 inches above the ablative paint line. I've checked the motor mount bracket and it's dry. Is this a normal position for a 225?

Appreciate any insight.
Cheers!

Is your bilge pump working? The older ones, '93', collect water forward, and do not have a forward pump. Mine only drains on the ramp, but does not sit low, certainly not with the scuppers underwater.

Yep, bilge pump working. Boat lives on a lift without a rear cover so I get rainwater into the bilge via the cup holders. There is usually less than an inch in the aft bilge. Forward bilge is usually dry.

Additionally, I just discovered I'm getting water into my engine bracket. Something new to investigate.

Water in the bracket has to be addressed first. Since the water is most aft, the effect on how the hull sits is exaggerated.
