You're going to need to use a product that contains bleach in order to get rid of mildew stains. That stuff is really hard to remove since the mold grows deep into soft material such as rubber or vinyl. Just about any mold remover spray would work. They mostly all contain the same stuff. You have to let it sit for a while in order to let the bleach work. Then wipe it off with a wet cloth a couple of time.

I would only use the mold remover on the external rocker switches. It isn't worth trying to bleach it out of wire insulation. I just spray my wires with Simple Green, let it sit a few minutes and then wipe off the loose stuff with a rag. R&R the spade connectors and hit them with Corrosion X or anything similar.

It was nice meeting you Dwayne! Say hello to Beth and the kids. She made us a great meal. You guys gave us an excuse to visit one of the best places on earth and certainly one of our favorites. I'm glad that I could help you out with that seat. 3000 miles isn't too far for a delivery.

I'm a big fan of Clorox Cleanup for mildew issues on the boat. Like Doc said though, be cautious using it on the backside of the switches. A little should go a long way.
