I finally took the vee berth cushions from my sailfish over to my local trim shop. He said no problem I just have to wait until he gets through all the other projects he has on his plate. I also showed him the curtain from the starboard side. This is the three piece curtain that is in the head with a small piece that snaps in forward of the bulkhead . My curtains have an unusual stiched in curtain hanger that he had no experience with. He suggested talking to Grady and seeing if they could supply a new curtain or a source for some new curtain hangers. Has anyone else run into this issue?? I'd really like to get this curtain replaced as it was pretty well mildewed when we got the boat and it isn't cleaning up well.

A picture of the curtain hanger system would help. Pics of both the curtain and the hardtop mount.

the curtain in question isn't a that type of curtain, it's in the head down in the cabin. You close it for privacy or to keep the light out when you are taking a nap. I've attached a photo of the curtain hanger i'm asking about; the curtain rod it works with is quite a way away from me but the top of the hanger slides in a channel in the bottom of the rod. It would be simple to re make the curtain if these weren't stitched into the pleats in the curtain.

Thanks for the link to your post. I tried to search for the items you listed and they don't link to anything directly. The stitch in curtain hangers that Hookup linked are the style i need and have to be sewn into the curtains. Did you need to sew your hangers into the valences you used??

Just checked Amazon and here are the 4 items ordered again - all available for shipment today - pictures will help with the ordering, The stainless steel mini close pin clips on the curtain and the other end of the clip goes on slide, the slide goes on the existing curtain rail installed on the boat -

Thanks to inflation the price has gone from 50 to 73 bucks. in 2 years !

no sewing -The slide fit right in where track where the sewn in ones were. The SS clips hangs on the slide and the very strong SS clip holds the curtain. Fits perfect and looks like they came with the boat

Thanks for the updated Amazon listing Legend. I've got everything in a shopping cart. I just want to be sure that the hangers that slide into the curtain rod will fit on my 2006. Were your original curtains held up with sew in hangers like Hookup linked above?

What's wrong with the originals? Buy them/it from wherever you like but my policy is "change is not good". Is there some benefit from switching from what you have to something you "think" will fit? Best of luck.

I go thru this with people all the time. Bilge pump, washdown pump, dome lights, switches, trim hardware, cabinet parts, etc. IF you can find the original and IF what you was is good enough WHY make a project out of switching to something that requires reworking or another approach IF the OEM part is available?

My originals were exactly like the ones in your post above - slide fits perfectly -
