Hi I have recently purchased a Grady White 330 express and I am trying to mount a light on the roof but the roof is sloped and all the bases for the light mounts are straight. Any ideas would be great on how to mount a light.

I also had the problem with a radar mount. Basically got a piece of starboard material, West Marine I think, that helped with the curve and bolted thru it. Used some Sudbury Elastomeric to tack down. Maybe others have better suggestions, but it worked well and looks decent.
What year 330? When you say roof, I assume you mean hardtop? And for the light, do you mean anchor light? how are you snaking the low voltage wire up there? That also might dictate where that light can go. Depending on what year your boat is, will depend on how much slope ur hardtop has.

You can look for a wedge block or make one out of starboard. For the rolloff they make 7.5 degree wedge blocks for taco outrigger bases. These are sized for the bases, but will give you an idea to make if you need a different size.

Are you referring to a spotlight? What do you mean by "sloped"? I looked on Grady's site at a 330 Express and it looks like the hardtop is slightly domed (slightly convex from port to stbd). You can make a adapter plate if you want. Or, just put a small stack of SS washers (or possibly nuts, depending on height of "gap") under the sides of the mounting plate then fill the gap with white sealant. Easy peasy and in the end it will look the same as a white starborad adpater plate, but much easier and cheaper.
Make sure the light is far enough back from the front edge or you will get lot's of glare on the foredeck.
On the other hand... you might just want to get a handheld spotlight. Less expensive and, quite honestly, more effective.
