That is pretty much the definition of defamation, the intent to damage one's reputation. If he can't win this battle, I wouldn't advise painting his face on a target for that war.

I would get a reputable, independent, certified/licensed marine surveyor to make a thorough assessment of the boat, and if his report supports your claim, use that as the basis of your complaint.
Did hire a marine surveyor from the Delaware area, for some reason two weeks in he backed out. Believe he said talking with coworkers wasn’t a good idea for them to be involved.

I'm not going to go back through and read the entirety of the posts, but I believe I mentioned before about getting the BBB involved. If they won't, or if you're out of options then I'd honestly just sell the boat and move on. If you're unsatisfied with the boat now, then continuing to own the boat for additional years and years on top of that isn't going to make you like it any better. The situation definitely sucks and if what you say is true, it would be infuriating that Grady doesn't want to help you out at all. That being said, it's pretty much a brand new boat and I believe most of the issues are cosmetic only, so you should hopefully at least be able to break even on it?

You "believe he said" or he did say?

I'd be pissed too if that was my boat. You've gotten a few good suggestions here but at this point it seems all you want to do is post about it.

I'll give you one more possibility. I assume the boat is insured? File a damage claim with your insurance and let them go after GW.
