Beautiful location and awesome fish. That Deckadence looks like a great product. I can use something like that on both boats. I see that the store location is Newport News Va. Turns out both of my boys have been accepted to William and Mary which is 27 miles away. We might be taking a road trip to see the school soon. My Adventure is here. Cut it open yesterday although wont be putting it in the water for another few weeks at least. As I start adding electronics etc. I will post some pics in case it helps someone out. I'm going to do a flush panel like the original poster did among a few other things.

Yeah, everything just rinses through it. It’s a type of plastic/ vinyl, so it doesn’t stain easily.
Finally got around to installing outriggers. I went with the Gemlux Deluxe outrigger mounts , double rigging kit, and extendable hybrid poles. To mount I went with sleeves on the bolts so I won’t compress the hard top and got Marsh Tacky backing plates which are oversized at 5x7”. These pictures were taken while I was installing, so there was still some 3M that needs to be cleaned up.
Factory does not recommend installing outrigger bases on these hard tops without welding a plate to the hardtop frame. To do this would be a huge endeavor, and I’ve seen others have no issues running it like this for years. Time will tell, but my hope is the foam cored hardtop holds up.
I epoxied the holes and used a LOT of 3M 4200 to minimize water intrusion. The Gemlux seem to be of incredible quality and the poles are very light weight for not being full carbon fiber.
You can also see my gunwale mounted halyard pass through with cam lockhe idea is to have the halyards easily accessible while fishing in rough seas while also not blocking access to the bow.
One finishing item is to add capped nuts to the bolts for the mounts so you don’t scrape your hands while working the outrigger knob. I may flip the bolts so the excess is above the hardtop rather than below. One note, I ordered Rupp’s outrigger bolt kit which came with sleeves. Kind of a waste of money, the sleeves only came in two sizes, one too small, one too large, so I had to cut and adjust the longer ones. The bolts also were either too long or too short, so I had to source all my hardware from my local hardware store.
Finally, you can also see my Rupp standoffs, which should help keep some of the strain off the setup while running or trailering.

The outriggers look sweet. My 208 came in about a month ago. Its in the water and I finished up the new dash.

Do the newer boats still have the drop down box inside the cabin, to give you access to the back of your electronics?
No, solid box. I did the installation from the front and pre-mounted the electronics in the new dash panel. You lose your glove box storage but its a nice clean look mounting on the flush panel.

Update on the OFS4 prop (15p) that I installed. I did love how much extra grip the 4 blade gave my Yamaha F200 and it’s handling in choppy seas and following seas. I knew I would lose a considerable amount of top end, but my top speed went from 45 knots to 30 knots and my WOT RPM went out of the factory range of 5,000-6,000 RPM as it would only reach 4,800. I like being on the lower end of that range for the type of boating/ conditions I’m in, but I think I’m a little over propped.
I worked with Ken at Propgods and he recommended the same prop (since I like the feel) but in a 13p rather than 15p.
I’ll report back with the new prop, I may keep the current one as a backup. My goal is to keep most of the 4 blade feel, but get back into my RPM range. I’ll be shooting for 5,300-5,500.

Thanks for the update. I'm not up on the RPM specs on the F200 but I would think it may be the same as the bigger motors @ 6000, top end. I'd be shooting for the higher 5K's like 5700-5900 if possible. Don't want to leave anything on the table that could be usable, RPM/HP wise.
It’s rarely calm enough where I live/ fish to really run and I do a lot of trolling, so having that low and mid range “grip” and ability to get on plane sooner helps especially with a bunch of ice on board. It’s a sacrifice for top speed and RPM range, I just don’t want to be out of factory RPM specs going too far to one end of the spectrum.
