I'm wondering if someone can help me troubleshoot the fresh water system on my 2022 Freedom 235. I tried to use it for the first time and I turned on the switch on the console and filled the tank with water but I couldn't get any water to come out no matter which way I turned the valve on the water valve......Is there something I am missing to make this work or is it simply broken? Thanks Paul

I had same problem and it turned out the faucet worked like a joystick, up and down and side to side.
Otherwise are you suse you turned the fresh water pump on at the electrical panel. Switch on dash will not work unless panel is turned on.
If you have a shower at back of boat try if that one works as well, if not then the pump is not on.

First off, you should not turn on the switch to run the pump before you put water in the tank. With water in the tank, I would start out by opening the sink faucet fully. Then, turn on the switch for the freshwater pump. Listen and make sure it is running steadily. If it does not run, reset the breaker. If it still doesn't run then check for 12 volts at the pump. If you have voltage at the pump and the pump doesn't run then it is the pressure switch stuck in the off position. Sometimes just whacking the pressure switch with the handle of a screwdriver will unstick it. You can jump voltage around the pressure switch to prove the pump will run. If everything is as it should be, and the pump is running, you will be seeing water in the sink. It may take a few seconds if all the lines were dry. If there is no water in the sink, then go on deck and remove the sprayer head from the shower hose. No water? If not, check to see if there is a filter on the suction side of the pump. They are a known source of introducing air into the system and the pump will not move water. It could be a gasket improperly seated or a cracked housing or loose hose connection. Check these things out and see if that helps.
