Hi,
I have an 82 204c and would like to purchase a cockpit cover. I found a company that sells them but only has patterns for 93 and above. I know the hull changed over the years but it sure looks like the cockpit area stayed the same. The only difference that I can tell is mine does not have the storage boxes under the seats.
Can anyone confirm if what I’m thinking is correct?
thanks

Good question. I don't know, but... start by comparing all the specs and pictures of both models side by side. Windshield changes, for example?

But... that's a big gamble you're taking. If one little thing is different, you're relegated to paying someone to alter it since you won't be able to send it back. Probably, your best bet, is to just have it made locally. Often, the covers that you buy outright still need the snaps installed, anyways.

If you are going to have to do modifications, you want the front end, the windshield and side glass, to match up, more so than the cockpit.
What company are you looking at? RNR has suspended sales to individuals during Covid shortages, in order to supply manufacturers.
