225 cockpit square footage?

Strange question I'm sure but just wondering if anyone knows if the 49 sq. ft. cockpit area of the 225 shown on Grady's spec. sheet includes the bow portion or not? The reason I ask is I've seen a big difference in the specs. on dual consoles. (ie. Proline 23 DC is listed at 65 sq. ft?)

I am not sure how they measure but can tell you the 225 has a huge cockpit area for a 22' boat. You would not be disappointed. That 225 Tornamnet is a lot more boat than the Pro Line. I sea trialed both back in 06'. Get the Grady it rides a ton better and the hardware is top notch.

Is the Proline a Center Console boat --- If it is, that probably where they are getting that measurement from.

No, it's a dual console. (it's 10 inches longer and 6" wider) I know it wouldn't compare in quality to the Grady but the specs. just have me scratching my head. I'll see if I can get an answer from Grady directly.
