Delivery is Tuesday for the new 225--trading a 208. Just my luck, it is perfect today and tomorrow is stormy and small craft advisory. Will report back. :D

Viper drum,
Congratulations on your big day. I think I'm still a few weeks away. March can be so fickle weather wise that I'm really in no hurry. If I remember correctly you're getting the boat from Southeastern? They really treated me well. I just wish they were a little closer to me. It's a 600 mile trip over the mountains to Richmond.
Enjoy your new Tournament and let me know how your delivery goes! Again congratulations!

Capt Chris, I hear they get some huge BASS out of that Lake? :D

The biggest striper I have ever caught was 39" and 23 lbs. It's on the wall @ our cottage. But I believe the record is around 50 lbs there. The lake is stocked w/ ~ 250,000 fingerlings annually since they will not breed in the still fresh water. I've got a trip scheduled the last weekend in April and will let you know how it goes. My goal is to turn my new 225 into a striper boat when I get more time from work.

Congrats Viperdrum. Saw your boat at the show. Didn't leave any footprints. I'll look for you on the river in a couple months.
