I would love to if I could sell the windows back there I am supposed to cost between the window purchase hard top purchase I could possibly do it I have no one in line to buy windows right now off of the 228Why can’t you just make a trip back to the east coast. JK turned out really nice. My back would really appreciate the seat.
Yo KY..... My girl is an 89What year Slim? 226 and 228 are the same cabin design as long as they are in same age range. Transom changes between the 2 is biggest difference.
Damn oh well the search continues....tight lines fellas!Probably won't work Slim. Cabin design changed in 1998 to current design with the rounded look. Before that it was the squared off look with the front windows. Maybe with some metal fab you could make it work.
Thank you for the compliment. And I really do enjoy and the safety factors of having a full windshield with no obstruction with the new three sided pilot house .Fortunately for me, the boat that I purchased came with the hardtop and it's in great shape. I like the upgrades you did to your boat though, very nice indeed!
The new pilothouse is Aluminum with Marin grade windows and whole thing is powder coated then I sealed it with a ceramic seal on the powder coating. Is the new pilot house fiberglass, aluminum, or a combo?
Thank youThat is an outstanding modification....
