I just purchased a 228g th needs a little lovin I will need to replace the horn, fresh water pump, the ball valves in the back and side vent window oh and would like to replace the Capt side panel that has tue little shelf . Is the a preferred place to buy some of these

It depends on the year for 'body' parts. If it is an older hull search the posts on this forum and also look at eBay. Some parts will be very difficult to find. Plumbing parts are generally available, they are not usually specific to a model and/or year.
Things like pumps are readily available, you just need to match the capacity and intended use.
