Hi Im new to the site, I have a 96 248 voyager with 96 ocean pros on it with an estimated 780 hours on them now, it also sits on a 2001 loadrite trailer. I have been entertaining the thought of selling it for either a 263 chase or 247 advance. Just curious if I were to sell it what should I ask for it. Just looking for some opinions, have seen them on boattrader go anywhere from 28500 to 22500. Boat is very well taken care of and covered in winter also has a great shine on it with original gel. Any input would be a help. Also if any body knows the characteristics of how the two listed boats ride, that would be a help.

Welcome!
IMO, the carb'd engines put you at the lower range despite having twins. If the whole package is in great shape and turn-key, it will help you move it a little faster.
Please let me know if the buyer does not want the trailer. I might be interested depending on condition and location.

Good luck!

What kind of number would you put on the whole rig, I know the carbed motors are old technology, just trying to get others opinions on it. Also really looking at a 247 advance cc in nc. Wife and I are looking at moving back into a cc with our young son who doesn't really need the cabin anymore instead more interested in the front of the boat rather than the back.

Without photos and a list of options, my non-professional estimate is a complete shot in the dark.

Also considering I can't sell our trailer (let alone a boat) I'm not sure if f I'm the best person to be asking!
